At Sheiban Jewelers, every pre-owned timepiece we offer is thoroughly inspected for authenticity, mechanical integrity, and condition. To give you complete peace of mind with your purchase, we proudly offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all pre-owned watches purchased in store or at SheibanJewelers.com.
What the Warranty Covers
Our 2-Year Pre-Owned Watch Warranty covers the internal mechanical movement of the watch against manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal use.
If the movement of your timepiece is found to not be functioning properly within two years of the date of purchase, we will repair it at no cost to you. All warranty service must be performed by Sheiban Jewelers or an authorized service partner.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty is limited to movement functionality and does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or shock
- Dropped watches or accidental damage
- Crystal, bezel, crown, strap, or bracelet damage
- Water resistance issues due to improper use
- Any wear resulting from everyday use
- Unauthorized service, opening of the case, or modifications
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, or strap wear

You will receive instructions for securely packaging and shipping your timepiece. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Sheiban Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Additional Details
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not supersede any manufacturer warranty on applicable new timepieces.
Return Policy Process & Conditions
All pre-owned watches are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date. This return policy is void if the Sheiban pre-owned warranty tag is removed or if the watch shows signs of wear.
Before returning a watch for warranty service or refund, you must contact us for authorization. Watches returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Sheiban Jewelers.
